Ilumina Stones bracelets purchased at www.iluminastones.com come with the offer of a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’. You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to return the bracelet(s).

*Please note that all clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return.*

To qualify for a refund, we will only accept Ilumina Stones bracelets with all of the original stones and charms included. The bracelet(s) must be returned in “as-new” condition with the stones and charms, together with the order number and original unaltered Ilumina Stones box or bag. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the purchase.

We recommend shipping your return bracelet via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. Please send an email to vespinosa@iluminastones.com regarding your refund, stating your order number.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees and discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment.

If returning an order that included a free gift, be sure to include this item with your return or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the excluded gift.

Gifts purchased in Ilumina Stones online store may be returned for a website store credit. If you are returning a gift, please be sure to indicate that a website credit is required and provide your email address. Failure to do so will result in the gift giver receiving a refund to their credit card.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account, plus it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
